Sunday Dances
at Upaya
On Sundays we gather in Lisbon to dance!
On the first Sunday of each month, Constança Morais guides us into a Life-Dance eco-somatic movement inquiry and, on the third Sunday, you can dance yourself out in a donation-based dance collective practice.
These practices are complementary and you are very welcome to join at any time - no previous experience required.
All events happen in Centro Upaya from 19h to 21h. Pre-registration in the Life-Dance classes is recommended (up to 2 days before the class). There is no pre-registration for the Release Dance Community.
