Sunday Dances
at Upaya
On Sundays we gather in Lisbon to dance!
Twice a month you can dance yourself out in a donation-based dance collective practice and, in the week in between, you get to go deep in movement inquiry in a guided class. The last Sunday of the month we all take a break :)
These practices are complementary and you are very welcome to join at any time - no previous experience required.
All events happen in Centro Upaya from 19h to 21h. Pre-registration in the Life-Dance classes is recommended (up to 2 days before the class). There is no pre-registration for the Release Dance Community.
